Facilities Technician Supervisor working in the South Queensferry & Kirkliston areas.
Salary: £29,173 - £33,287
Hours: 36 per week. Week 1: 7am – 3pm (48-minute break). Week 2: 1pm – 9pm (48-minute break). Shifts are pro rata and will alternate week 1 and week 2; the successful candidate must be flexible in their working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a number of buildings and supervise several Janitorial Staff within the area.
- Audit, provide good customer service, and solve problems as part of daily duties.
- Work with IT equipment and software packages as part of the role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in staff supervision is essential.
- Experience in auditing, customer service, and problem solving is preferred.
