As a Senior HR Consultant in Organisation Development, you'll work closely with Services to design and deliver tailored solutions to organisational challenges. Using OD methodologies, tools and frameworks, you'll support long-term organisational priorities and, using data analysis and OD principles, you'll design solutions that will support the Services through change.
The successful candidate will provide leading practice HR Consultancy on one or more of the following areas of our People Strategy:
- Wellbeing
- Strategic Organisation Change
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
- Talent
- Leadership
