Are you passionate about delivering the highest standards in Social Work and Social Care? Do you thrive on ensuring compliance, driving improvements and championing best practice? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join a small team that provides quality assurance and improvement support to managers in Children's Services, Justice Services and the Health and Social Care Partnership.

The postholder will ensure services are meeting regulatory/practice standards and legal requirements. Driving improvement in service delivery and care quality is also a key function of the team. The Quality Assurance Officer will audit case records, analyse performance data and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

This position is subject to Standard Disclosure check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
