We have the exciting opportunity within our HR team for two experienced HR consultants to join us on a fixed term basis for 12 months to support our colleagues across the City of Edinburgh Council.
Working in partnership with the Leads and Senior HR consultants within the HR Relationship team, you’ll work with your aligned services on a range of change programmes, HR projects and campaigns, helping them to deliver and maintain best practice HR standards and drive forward their workforce plans. Demonstrating integrity, flexibility and respect in all you do, you’ll facilitate the exit interview process for our leavers, along with supporting colleagues seeking redeployment.
We have 1.7FTE (62 hours) available and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements. Please state in your application the hours you would be interested in.
