Salary: £27,257 - £29,850 (pro rata for part time)

Hours: 13 per week

Fox Covert Early Years is a setting with capacity for 85 children at any one time, attending various patterns of attendance between 8am and 6pm, 52 weeks per year. Our staff team is friendly, supportive, and committed to ensuring we provide consistent high-quality play and learning experiences. Our play environments are natural, warm, and welcoming, with nurturing and richly resourced spaces, indoors and out. We recognise all children as curious, capable learners, valuing collaboration, participation, and engagement with all stakeholders.

We are now looking for a motivated and passionate Clerical Worker to join the team. Although no formal qualification is required, candidates should have a good basic education and be literate and numerate. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience, be able to organise their own workload and ensure all required tasks are completed. They should also be knowledgeable and confident with using Microsoft Office products to a high standard and be generally IT literate.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
