Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 09:00 & 15:30 - 20:00
- Friday 06:00 - 08:00 & 16:00 - 20:00
The supervisor will be responsible for cleaning teams across multiple sites. Responsibilities include:
- Allocating routine/general tasks to cleaning operatives
- Dealing with matters arising and escalating concerns
- Reporting unresolved issues to the Locality Hub Team Leader
- Ensuring general cleaning of the premises is carried out as required and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
- Handling and utilising cleaning materials/equipment safely
- Carrying out routine audits and site inspections
- Reporting machinery faults and maintaining stock control/orders
A full clean driver's licence is desirable but not essential. You'll be a key member of our Facilities Management team, delivering a vital cleaning service across our estate to ensure properties are safe and clean places to work or learn in.
