We’re looking for a motivated and committed Business Support Senior Administrator to join our team and play a key part in helping our services run smoothly. What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise colleagues across Justice Services
- Provide general business and admin support oversight to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Manage and organise information including working with confidential data, documents, and records responsibly
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, word processing and communication tasks
- Collaborate with internal team and external agencies to provide helpful, professional service
- Help the team meet important deadlines through strong organisation and attention to detail
- Take the lead on specific projects or process improvements
- Ensure high standards in service delivery across the team
