A temporary Breakfast Club Assistant is needed to support pupil groups at Balgreen Primary School’s Breakfast Club.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, engaging, caring, and creative, preferably with some experience of working with children in a breakfast club or educational setting. Responsibilities include:
- Providing a healthy breakfast for the pupils
- Offering practical support and care to ensure pupils' wellbeing and safety
- Undertaking routine breakfast club duties within established procedures under the guidance of a supervisor
A genuine interest in the wellbeing and learning of children is essential.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. An Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required for individuals who have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years.
