Contract Governance Officer (Hard Facilities Management)

Waverley Court

Salary: £34,452 - £40,501

Hours: 36 per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hard FM (Facilities Management) team as a Contract Governance Officer for our NEC4 Term Service Contracts across the Council’s operational (non-housing) estate of circa 650 buildings.

We are looking for people who have a passion for governance and contract compliance within a busy technical services environment and want to be part of an essential council service, driving transformation and best value in the public sector across our Capital City.

Required Experience

  • Working within a Facilities Management/Property Service.
  • Experience of policy management, standards and supporting implementation management processes in accordance with best practice.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the delivery of best value and optimum performance from our Term Service Partners.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
