Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Work in a busy office environment and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Manage databases, spreadsheets and word documents and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Enter timetable information into SEEMIS and carry out SQA exam rooming.
- Provide general office and administrative support, meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- Competent ICT skills, including databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous SEEMIS experience is desirable.
