An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the business team at Castlegreen Care Home, covering reception duties on Saturday and Sunday. Applications are invited from candidates with experience of working in an administrative position within a Business Support setting. The successful candidate will have experience of maintaining accurate records and providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front‑line reception duties on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Maintain accurate records and support day‑to‑day business operations.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to visitors and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a Business Support setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pre‑employment Checks:

  • Required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 Scheme (PVG) or complete an update check.
  • Must provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check if having spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years.
  • Unconditional offer contingent on satisfactory outcome of these checks.

Working Conditions:

  • Work 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Salary range reflects initial starting salary and increases annually.
