About the Team & Business Line: Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres, Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology. As a core member of our Compliance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures.
- Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.
- Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
- Provide assistance during on-site inspections.
- Work in a controls focused environment, ensuring the depositary fulfills all of its oversight obligations.
- Assist with providing data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as they are developed and assist in the preparation and review of relevant departmental reporting.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure errors/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
- Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.
- Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc project support.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of fund admin or depositary/custody/trustee experience within the funds industry.
- Knowledge of Private Equity / Hedge Funds and related prime broker arrangements.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- You have a Degree or equivalent.
