Our small internal communications team is helping shape how Citco's people connect, engage and deliver world-class fund services. We focus not just on reaching our people, but on making a measurable difference to what they know, feel and do. It's early days for IC here; a rare chance to help build something from the ground up for an established global leader.
As our internal communications coordinator, you'll help create and deliver communications that make a difference. From divisional newsletters to change campaigns, you'll help turn complex information into clear, engaging content that lands. Working closely with your two IC leads, you'll run projects end-to-end while helping establish the processes and measurement that will make us better.
What you'll do:
- Own regular internal content β from newsletters to video scripts
- Plan and coordinate campaign delivery β from timeline management to stakeholder updates
- Help build and maintain our content calendars, file systems and project documentation
- Turn stakeholder input into clear, compelling stories
- Support measurement of both reach and impact β showing how our work makes a difference
What you bring:
- 2+ years in internal communications (in-house or agency)
- A track record of making complex information clear and engaging
- Strong project coordination skills (you know how to keep work moving)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience in a corporate environment
