About the Team & Business Line:
Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and business to assess client fund servicing needs, design target operating models and identify technology solutions best suited to meet client needs.
- Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions.
- Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business.
- Perform due diligence analysis for Real Asset technology, and Yardi in particular, optimization projects.
- Input into strategic discussions around the use of Yardi and other technologies.
- Identify changes to drive efficiencies and standardization through Yardi best practice.
- Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge of Real Assets.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge.
- Assist with business requirements’ sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
- Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation Office.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of real assets industry experience.
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree.
- Client facing experience in financial service industry essential.
- Strong knowledge of real assets (real estate, infrastructure, natural capital and real estate debt) and private equity fund structures, fund types, and asset operations essential.
- Familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards and regulatory reporting beneficial.
- Business development and client relationship management experience beneficial.
- Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives beneficial.
- Yardi Voyager 7S Investment Management module experience essential.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be creative and innovative.
- Ability to influence and persuade.
