Senior Depositary Analyst – The Citco Group Limited – London, UK
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all Depositary policies & procedures.
- Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.
- Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
- Provide assistance during on-site inspections.
- Work in a controls focused environment, ensuring the depositary fulfills all of its oversight obligations.
- Assist with providing data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as they are developed and assist in the preparation and review of relevant departmental reporting.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
- Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.
- Opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc project support.
Qualifications
- At least 1 -3 years of fund admin or depositary/ custody/ trustee experience within the funds industry.
- Knowledge of Private Equity / Hedge Funds and related prime broker arrangements.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Degree or equivalent preferable
