Citco is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Lead to shape and execute the global people lifecycle strategy. This role drives a data-informed transformation, oversees onboarding, exit and alumni processes, and partners with IT, Finance and Legal to modernise systems and stay compliant.
You will own the transformation roadmap, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and lead adoption of Oracle Fusion and adjacent tooling across recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
