The focus of this position will be adoption of agile principles at Citco in order to maximize IT's value contribution to Citco. We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to head our Agile Transformation Center of Excellence (COE). This crucial role will be responsible for driving the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices. The successful candidate will lead a team of Agile coaches and transformation specialists, working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that foster a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and innovation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities Your Role:

  • Lead and manage the Agile Transformation COE team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Agile transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to secure buy-in, resources, and support for the Agile transformation initiative.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Agile training programs for various levels of the organization, from executives to team members.
  • Guide the assessment of the organization's Agile maturity and develop plans to address gaps and accelerate adoption.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to align organizational structures, processes, and policies with Agile principles.
  • Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure the progress and success of the Agile transformation initiative.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of Agile tools and technologies to support the transformation efforts.
  • Foster the development of Agile communities of practice and knowledge-sharing platforms across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and ensure the COE stays current with emerging trends and best practices in Agile and organizational agility.
  • Manage relationships with external Agile consultants and vendors as needed.
  • Regularly report on transformation progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Advocate for Agile principles and practices at all levels of the organization, acting as a change agent and role model.

Qualifications About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile transformations in large, complex organizations.
  • Extensive knowledge of various Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and their practical application.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of Agile professionals.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing Agile training programs and coaching initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools and technologies.
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Expert).
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change in the face of resistance.
