About The Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
- You will be developing and maintaining detailed Client Plans for a portfolio of the firm’s clients;
- Cultivating relationships and building trust with key decision makers (including C-suite, PM, etc.);
- Identify and convert new business opportunities;
- Conduct regular strategic client reviews;
- Acting as liaison between clients and CITCO to communicate strategic initiatives, product/technology developments, people moves, etc. in both directions;
- Enhance CITCO’s reputation and brand value in the market;
- Maintain client data and updates on CITCO’s CRM system;
- Coordinating across multiple lines of business and regions via regular coverage team meetings and informal communication channels;
- Ensure CITCO senior leadership is aware of important client developments;
- Responding to RFP/RFI requests;
- Develop and distribute meaningful content;
- Act as a senior escalation point for service or relationship issues.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of alternatives experience in client facing roles (sales, relationship management, business development);
- Able to lead a deal team through targeting, scoping, pitching, negotiating and closing;
- Show deep understanding of financial markets, alternative trading strategies, industry dynamics and behavioral drivers;
- Proven ability to create and lead large scale presentations;
- Display creative problem solving and have a solutions based approach to problem-solving;
- Able to coordinate and manage stakeholders across a wide range of functional areas and competing priorities.
