As a Senior Vice President in Client Services, you will be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery for a portfolio of key private equity clients. You will shape and lead the client service strategy, build lasting relationships at the most senior levels, and ensure our clients consistently experience the quality and reliability Citco is known for. Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Service Excellence
- Lead and implement a client service programme that sets clear standards and delivers a consistently high-quality experience for key clients.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers, visiting clients regularly to understand their priorities and evaluate service quality.
- Participate in client calls and oversee reporting delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with agreed requirements.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues, guiding resolution with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth across the business line.
- Contribute to business development pitches and presentations for both prospective and existing clients.
- Operational & Risk Oversight
- Monitor service levels, profitability, and resourcing across the business line, proactively addressing any negative trends.
- Establish and maintain a Risk Management Framework, including quality control reviews and continuous risk assessment of funds under administration.
- Provide monthly reporting on operational risk, key developments, and project status.
- Lead a proactive response to regulatory and industry changes, driving relevant initiatives across Citco Fund Services.
- People & Team Leadership
- Manage, develop, and support team members to ensure the effective running of the department.
- Participate in the review of departmental procedures and policies, and support the team in adhering to them.
- Contribute to and lead cross-functional projects as the business continues to grow and evolve.

Experience & Skills
- Degree-level education (bachelor's or master's) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience in financial services, ideally within fund accounting, operations, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams at a senior level.
- Familiarity with private equity fund structures is an advantage.
- Strong risk awareness and experience working within governance or compliance frameworks.
