Their services support key compliance requirements, including Right to Work, Right to Rent, Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and DBS checks.
The role of the Document Analyst is to make assessments on the genuine nature of identity documents submitted to the TrustID Document Helpdesk. The Document Analyst will be able to differentiate between genuine and suspicious documents quickly and accurately, as well as determine the Right to Work statutory excuse type where applicable. They will provide clear and appropriate feedback, both written and verbal, when required. The Document Analyst plays a central role in delivering TrustID’s operational day-to-day services to the full range of customers.
- Review identity documents submitted through TrustID’s range of products, delivering accurate assessments within agreed timeframes.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, confidently handling queries about identity documents via email and phone.
- Assess UK Right to Work eligibility with precision, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Identify, log and record suspected counterfeit documents, contributing to ongoing fraud prevention efforts.
- Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring messages are captured and passed on efficiently.
- Support customers with everyday requests, such as password resets and account access issues.
- Provide additional assistance with account-related needs, including credit top-ups, permissions, and reporting, as required.

Working hours: The Company’s normal operating hours are 8:00am to 1:00am, Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work ‘out of hours’ shifts, which will normally fall between 12:00pm and 9:00pm or 4:00pm and 1:00am, Monday to Sunday. Each shift will consist of 9 hours, which includes a one-hour unpaid break. You will normally be required to work 20 shifts during each four-week period, equating to 160 working hours over a four-week period.
