What You’ll Do
Product Design

- Own and evolve interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Run collaborative workshops to align stakeholders across product and engineering.
- Act as a mentor, coach, and role model to designers across the team.
- Facilitate weekly design critiques and 1:1s to strengthen quality and consistency.
- Champion design thinking to guide how we prioritise, experiment, and build.
Design Operations & Systems

- Improve design QA, cross-functional collaboration, and handoff workflows.
- Help scale and streamline our design processes with tooling, tokens, and systems.
Research & Validation
- Collaborate with UX researchers to define problems and validate solutions.
