As we move into 2026, Citation Group is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Supporting clients nationwide and backed by an ambitious, acquisition-led expansion strategy, we’re looking for a consultative, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to play a key role in our continued success.
At Citation, we provide expert-led compliance and quality assurance solutions that help businesses perform better. Our services span HR, Employment Law, Health & Safety, ISO certification, and more supporting organisations to stay compliant, reduce risk, and grow with confidence.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll work with existing Citation clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend the right mix of services to support their growth. This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role, focused on cross-selling and upselling. Your success will come from strengthening relationships, increasing account value, and helping clients thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with existing clients to identify current and future needs
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant Citation services and solutions
- Deliver compelling sales conversations and confidently handle objections
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
