We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a ‘Strategic Initiatives Advisor’. In this critical role, you will be responsible for transformation and change management, analyzing end to end business processes across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and drive growth. You will take ownership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in GIH and IH to understand business needs, gather requirements and translate them into intake documents, business value and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing end to end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.
  • Take ownership from concept to implementation and work with GIH and IH stakeholders in business, transformation, technology, and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in a matrix organization to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, intake forms and business requirements.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to quantify business value and ROI of proposed solutions.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize processes, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with technology and transformation teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed changes.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with stakeholders to communicate findings and drive consensus.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of over 5 years in business analysis, process engineering, and business value analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g. Visio, BPMN) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or related field will be desirable.
