About The Role
You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retaining and growing relationships while delivering consistent, high‑quality service. In a fast‑paced and evolving environment, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and brokers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver against retention and growth targets across your assigned client portfolio
- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and brokers to understand needs and identify opportunities
- Take ownership of day-to-day client servicing, resolving queries and ensuring commitments are met
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to growth targets
- Communicate updates on products, processes, and regulatory changes clearly and effectively
- Manage and resolve escalations, ensuring a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate records of renewals and client activity in internal systems
