About The Role

Working together with the Senior Social Media Manager and managed by the Head of Global Brand, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering social media campaigns and content across our global footprint for Cigna Healthcare International Health.

The position sits within the International Health Brand team and collaborates with colleagues who deliver brand activations, content, thought leadership, and social media campaigns.

• You'll Be Responsible For

  • Content creation and scheduling: Create and schedule engaging content, such as posts and articles across various social media platforms, adapting content for different audiences and channels.
  • Community management: Monitor conversations across social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage in relevant discussions online.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information for social content and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Paid social campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms to drive engagement and support wider business objectives.
  • Research and ideation: Conduct industry and trend research to inform content strategy and participate in brainstorming sessions for creative ideas.
  • Escalation management: Understand and apply social media escalation processes for handling negative comments, posts, or sensitive issues in line with company guidelines.
  • Executive presence support: Assist in developing and amplifying content that enhances the social media presence of senior executives.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Sprout Social, native platform analytics, and Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
  • Online event organising and promotion: Support planning, executing and optimising social media campaigns to promote online events and activities such as webinars, virtual panels and podcasts, including both organic and paid promotion.
  • What You’ll Bring To The Role
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a social media role, ideally with a corporate background.
  • Strong experience with Linked In and writing content for a corporate, B2B audience. Writing content for a global audience is a plus.
  • Remote working experience is preferable.
  • Comfortable using social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Experience using Linked In Campaign Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently manage workload and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how to write content for social media.
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid social media campaigns is necessary, including budgeting and performance optimisation (with a focus on Linked In).
  • Proven ability to work alongside key stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams whilst building positive relationships.
  • Experience in trend analysis, industry research, and creative content ideation.
  • Experience using design software to create visual content for organic and paid social media, including graphic design, photo editing and video or animation creation is a plus.
