Your Job

As a Sales Executive, your role involves outbound calling of warm leads provided to achieve monthly sales targets. You will focus on establishing customer needs and helping them make an informed decision on the best plan to suit their needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly impacting earnings and career growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Master our diverse range of global healthcare insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
  • Work alongside a dynamic sales team to achieve both individual and shared success.
  • Reach and surpass set standards, showcasing your dedication to excellence.
  • Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage your sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Sell with integrity and build trust with every customer interaction.
  • Keep accurate records and files, ensuring smooth operations.

Skills and Knowledge Needed

  • Experience in outbound telesales to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive both autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
  • Strong skills in securing deals and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify and address customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
  • Articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Navigate systems and utilize Microsoft applications with ease.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and maintain ethical standards such as FSMA.

What We Offer

Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am – 6pm, 12pm – 8pm) one late shift per week.

  • 4 weeks of training provided on start.
