A results-driven, dedicated professional with extensive knowledge in various sectors such as Data Center infrastructure support and IT security governance, Linux administration, Privileged Access Management, Identity Management with Single Sign-on, Ping Identity federation and Multi-Factor Authentication, RSA Token and PingID and Cloud Technologies (AWS / Azure).

Responsibilities

  • Installation of CyberArk vault including multiple CPMs and PVWAs.
  • Hands on troubleshooting on account lock issue, password change issue, safe mismatch / correct and maintain CyberArk daily from a tier 3-4 standpoint.
  • CyberArk administration, configuration, implementations, designs and troubleshooting, experience in CyberArk toolset, including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP.
  • Hands on experience with SSO and Multifactor authentication, RSA token with VPN, PingID to MFA integration with Ping Federate.
  • On-boarding applications into Ping Federate using SAML, implementing solutions with Oauth / OpenID connections.
  • Experienced in managing safe creation, account add / delete, group creation, audit log report and enhancement.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with provisioning, configuring, managing AWS services such as VPN / Subnet / Security Group, S3, EC2, ECS, CloudWatch, Lambda.
  • Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, experience in multiple areas of Azure (IaaS, PaaS, storage, network).
  • Experience with automation, orchestration, and configuration management tasks through automation tools such as HPSA (Opsware) administration and automated Unix patching support through HPSA.
  • Spunk dashboard preparation, infrastructure performance tuning and monitoring.
  • Experience with Linux administration & patching, software deployment and upgrades.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting through Bash, Python.

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or a related discipline strongly preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in all aspects of computer operations or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
  • Ability to learn new technology and technical products to increase technical skills and expertise.
