Responsibilities
- Deliver brand-enhancing multi-channel copy.
- Respond to all briefs with care and apply existing Tone of Voice guidelines diligently to ensure work is ‘right first time’.
- Turning technical information into simple, compelling messaging and content.
- Reviewing, amending and approving existing content.
- Amend, revise or re-develop copy in response to feedback.
- Copy custodian; learning from insight and previous performance to deliver best in class creative assets.
- Present work and, where required, construct rationales for the approach you have taken.
- Be proactive and fully accountable for your deliverables and deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with the rest of the marketing team
About you
- Experience in a copywriter role for leading brands.
- We need a confident, capable person ideally with three or more years’ experience as an Agency, in-house, or freelance copywriter.
- You’ll need to show you can generate sharp, compelling copy through a range of channels on- and offline. The work will be diverse, from snappy creative messaging to longer-form content.
- You’ll need to be comfortable working within the guidelines of a global brand, yet with the creativity to write with flair and invention.
- Naturally calm under pressure and able to manage your time with the ability to prioritise workload and handle several tasks at once within given deadlines and suggesting possible solutions.
- Highly driven and self-motivated.
- A team player and happy in an environment where everyone cares about the quality of our work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail; ability to proofread and catch spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with changing priorities and requirements.
