Working with the CMO, you will be accountable for the development and performance of brand and DTC marketing campaigns to address specific business or customer objectives including future GIH brand strategic partnerships and sponsorships. Make sure that all planned projects and all deadlines are mapped out and communicated.
End to end delivery of brand and DTC campaigns, leading the definition of the marketing brief including the responsibility for the total campaign budget, objectives, message hierarchy, creative execution, all the way through to delivery of the campaign itself being on time and on budget. Liaise with Broker Marketing Manager on broker marketing deliverables that may originate from brand / DTC campaigns.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally by working collaboratively, to leverage expertise and help shape / deliver the campaign strategies. You will create and execute initiatives / campaigns that maximise conversion, including nurture journeys.
Working with the CMO, performance marketing team and media agency partner deliver a robust SEO strategy and actionable plan to drive organic growth. Delegate guardian for the GIH website to ensure our biggest brand asset maximises leads and conversion. Ensure each media plan is fully evaluated and objectives are clear and delivered. Trial & review new media channels.
Working with analytics and performance marketing colleagues, plan, forecast and report against campaign budgets and overall performance. Manage budget for each campaign to maximise return on investment. Ensure all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for the creation of the GIH social media content calendar. Together with the CMO, write entries for agreed sector and discipline awards. Input into the annual marketing planning process for brand and DTC initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies, and share knowledge and insights with relevant stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework. Responsible for broker marketing initiatives when broker marketing manager / lead is away.
About You: Experience managing campaigns, across paid media and owned channels. Creative strategic thinker with a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery. Proven experience of working with creative/media agency partners and in-house teams to deliver campaigns. Deep knowledge in marketing to drive brand awareness and leads, ideally within a retail market and/or premium sector. International marketing experience.
You will be highly organised, adept in working with insight and customer segmentation. Able to adapt to and work with change, in a fast-growing division and marketing function. You will have a thorough understanding of and a passion for marketing, championing the most effective and innovative marketing practice to meet and exceed objectives set. Commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and budgeting. You will have a natural ability with insight and data. Ability to present and communicate with confidence at all levels. Experience and skill operating in a matrix organisation. An understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies. IT skills – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
