About The Role

This role ensures brokers receive accurate, timely, and compliant support across operational, administrative, and billing activities. It is a part‑time position working 21 hours per week and protects data quality, supports regulatory obligations, and maintains trusted broker relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for broker enquiries, providing clear and accurate responses within agreed service levels.
  • Resolve routine broker queries independently while identifying and escalating more complex or higher‑risk issues appropriately.
  • Process broker requests such as enrolments, amendments, and cancellations with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain complete and up‑to‑date broker and client records across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support billing queries, reconciliations, and issue resolution where applicable.
  • Identify recurring issues or process gaps and contribute ideas that support service quality and operational improvements.
  • Follow work through to completion, balancing multiple priorities and responding effectively to time‑sensitive work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, broker support, or customer service environment.
  • A consistent focus on accuracy, quality, and meeting regulatory or governance standards.
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A professional and customer‑focused approach when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
