About St Swithun's, Worcester: St Swithun's has undergone a multi-million-pound conservation and repair, followed by the very successful delivery of funded events and activities over the past few years. Following the conclusion of this funded period, we are focused on keeping the doors of this fantastic and versatile space open for the community and external organisers.
Overall job purpose: The Site Coordinator will be solely responsible for delivering events at this stunning Grade I listed church. From the initial enquiry through to final delivery, they will oversee the planning and coordination of third-party hires, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision while providing seamless and functional hires of this wonderful historical building. Working alone, the Site Coordinator will ensure there is continued access to the building for community groups and hirers, whilst overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day administration.
