The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Supporting the team of solicitors, the role will primarily involve property-related matters in relation to purchases and sales and pre and post settlement matters.

You would also be involved in the preparation of documents and reports for a wide range of legal correspondence with a particular focus on various trusts that are held and charity law compliance.

To fulfil this role, you will be a qualified paralegal with a minimum of three years’ experience or equitable experience gained working in a legal office with experience and understanding of Scottish property law and its processes.

You will bring a strong customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a pro-active approach.
