Building and Energy Efficiency Supervisor – Housing and Loan Fund
£35,086 – £38,745 per annum
Permanent
Full time – 35 hours per week

In recognition of the increased landlord obligations in relation to Energy Performance Certificates, we have a new opportunity for Building and Energy Efficiency Supervisor to join the Housing and Loan team to deliver improvements to the fund’s 189 properties and help the Church meet its net zero agenda.
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge and experience of energy improvement work, especially the Energy Performance Certificate regime and how to make properties compliant, with at least 3 years’ experience in delivery and/or management of property maintenance.Â
