Description

This role supports the successful planning and delivery of a seasonal project through effective coordination, communication, and operational execution. The candidate will help ensure activities run smoothly, on time, and within budget, with strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

The role requires:

  • Excellent communication with stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating volunteers
  • Financial administration skills, including reconciliation of expenditure and invoices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project logistics, including schedules, resources, and operations
  • Support financial administration, including invoice reconciliation
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
  • Provide on-site support during events and delivery phases
  • Support and coordinate volunteers or event teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Support post-project activities, including final reporting
  • Contribute proactively to a collaborative team with strong attention to detail

Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically has up to 2 years professional experience, including some project coordination or management.
  • Availability to start by 1 August and the position will conclude by 31 December 2026
