Are you passionate about working with children and young people? We seek a committed Under 18s Minister to lead our ministry for children and young people in our church and community. St Christopher's Church is a lively, diverse and outward-looking church in super-diverse south-east Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discipleship and outreach for under 18s.
  • Coordinate and support volunteer teams.
  • Organise Sunday and midweek activities.
  • Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners.
  • Ensure safeguarding best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • A committed Christian with a heart for young people.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in children’s/youth work.

Salary & Benefits

  • £25,000-£29,000 per annum.
  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week, including Sundays).
  • 6 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Pension contributions.
  • Training and pastoral support.
