We are looking for a staff member to join our small dynamic Theological Educational Institution in the beautiful Southwest of the UK. Spiritus Theological College (formerly SWMTC) has trained people in ordained and lay ministry for over 40 years and has also offered Chaplaincy and Spiritual Direction training for the last two years. Due to increased student numbers, including the new Elizabeth Pathway for ordination, we need additional academic staff.
Purpose of the Role
To play a key part in Spiritus College’s training of ordinands and Readers/Licensed Lay Ministers (LLM) drawn from the Diocese of Exeter and Truro. The person appointed will have specific responsibility for the ordinands of Truro Diocese, supporting them through their academic and formational training.
