The Church of England Pensions Board is seeking a proactive Performance Lead to join a new team, shaping governance, planning cycles and performance reporting for the Financial Wellbeing service. You will ensure robust data, KPIs and risk management across the team, aligning with strategic objectives and audits.
You will work closely with Finance, Strategy, Housing and Audit & Risk colleagues to embed governance and drive continuous improvement, while reporting to PB Exec and Trustees.
