The Church of England Pensions Board is seeking a proactive Strategic Planning & Performance Lead as part of a new team. You will lead governance, planning cycles, KPIs and performance reporting to ensure the Financial Wellbeing service is well run, accountable and high impact.
You will work closely with Finance, Strategy and Housing colleagues to develop investment cases, forecast demand for retirement housing and embed robust governance across functions.
