Mission Associate (Priest-in-Charge) | Northwestern Group
We are looking to appoint clergy who are inspired by this vision to stipendiary Mission Associate (Priest-in-Charge) posts within our rural clusters. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a shared mission, helping to lead renewal, nurture discipleship and encourage churches to flourish.
This role sits alongside two other stipendiary colleagues in Cluster 2 and serves the parishes of the Northwestern Group: Walesby, Kirton, Laxton, Wellow, Egmanton and Kneesall.
Our parishes are beautiful places in which to live and serve, and as a diocese we are committed to working together to see local churches grow in health, confidence and impact. You will be supported through learning communities, leadership development, training and the expertise of our diocesan team at Jubilee House.
Responsibilities
- Lead renewal and spiritual vitality within the Northwestern Group’s rural parishes
- Nurture discipleship and support the flourishing of local churches
- Collaborate with two other stipendiary colleagues in Cluster 2 to serve the parishes of Walesby, Kirton, Laxton, Wellow, Egmanton and Kneesall
- Engage with learning communities, leadership development, training and the diocesan team support
