  • Develop excellent relationships with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18‑year-olds.
  • Lead and equip local church leaders to develop their own vibrant Youth Ministries.
  • Recruit and train volunteers in mission, to create a dynamic network of sustainable projects.
  • Be part of a dynamic and aspirational team.

Salary and Benefits: £31,795 plus 15% employer's pension contribution.
