You will play a key role in pioneering and growing ministries in two vibrant church communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with both vicars to support the growth of faith amongst teenagers in both parishes, of all faiths and none.
  • Organise and run groups with a specific faith element and provide pastoral support.
  • Build relationships across both parishes, schools and communities.
  • Maintain and support established programmes.
  • Recruit, train, support and nurture volunteers.
