Southwark Cathedral is seeking an Welcome Team Leader to head the Welcome Hosts, delivering a warm welcome and excellent visitor experience across the Cathedral site. You will support the Head of Engagement in training, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of service for all visitors.
You will ensure effective front-line operations, manage daily bookings and donations, and help promote engagement activities while upholding safeguarding and health & safety policies.
