Our vision is to see a generation of younger evangelical leaders thriving in their calling, and equipped to lead with faith, resilience and impact in a rapidly changing context.

This new role is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our strategy to reach out to a younger age group, and is a mix of training leaders, resource provision, shaping new leadership programmes and winning work. Roughly 50% of your time will be spent on core CPAS leadership training and the remaining 50% will focus on developing younger Christian leaders, especially those in their 20s and 30s.

We are looking for someone who is relational, warm, and able to build trust across diverse contexts. With strong Bible teaching and communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver leadership development programmes and learning pathways for Gen Z and younger adults, using interactive and creative approaches for diverse learning styles. They will have proven Christ‑like leadership with fruitful church ministry experience, a demonstrated passion for and commitment to evangelism in practice, and experience mentoring, coaching and developing emerging leaders (especially Gen Z and Millennials).
