Growing Faith Lead

This role is vital in ensuring that children and young people are central to the Plymouth 2035 project.

The Growing Faith Lead will:

  • Be a strategic leader responsible for a new initiative to reach significant numbers of children and young people across the city.
  • Work in partnership with churches across the city to recruit, support and resource staff and volunteer teams.

You will have:

  • Significant experience of youth or children work in church and schools;
  • Exceptional organisation skills, being proficient in creating and implementing policies and procedures, especially safeguarding.

This appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure. We aim to be a diverse and truly representative diocese, and we particularly welcome applications from women and from people of Global Majority heritage.
