The Diocese of Newcastle is seeking a Research and Insights Analyst on a fixed-term project to accelerate our transformation and sustain mission and ministry. You will support senior leaders by delivering local consultation findings, developing detailed insights into our current reach and resources, and producing projections for missional growth. This role requires modelling change, capturing local experiences, and producing comprehensive health and vitality data to inform a long-term Diocesan strategy.
