About the Position
The Diocese of Chelmsford are seeking to appoint the Bishop of Bradwell’s Mission Officer (BBMO). This is an exciting and strategic role supporting and enabling parishes and worshipping communities in their mission across the Bradwell Episcopal Area. Working closely with the Bishop of Bradwell and Area Team, the postholder will help facilitate missional change, support church growth and contribute to future strategic mission investment.
Employment Terms
The post is for a fixed term of three years, funded by the Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment Board. It is a full‑time role (35 hours per week) and part‑time working with a minimum of 21 hours per week may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
