The Head of Church Growth and Evangelism will give strategic leadership to our vision of renewing parishes and revitalising churches. Working with Resource Churches, local leaders, the Antioch Network and our parish renewal programme they will equip sustainable growth across a wide range of communities.

Salary: £46,750 - £53,906 dependent on level of experience

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

The Community of Evangelists Facilitator will identify, gather and equip people with evangelistic gifts, building a Community of Evangelists that is diverse in tradition and culture. They will organise missions, host events, and communicate best practice to embed a culture of confident evangelism in parishes, plants and networks.

Salary: £16,226 per annum (£40,566 FTE)

Hours: Part-time (14 hours per week)

Candidates should be mature in faith and spirituality with a prayerful approach to life and have experience of developing and growing the Church. They should have knowledge of safeguarding best practice and be an advocate for developing a strong and embedded culture of safeguarding throughout the diocese.

There is an occupational requirement for the post-holders to be practising Christians and members of the Anglican Church, in accordance with Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.

An enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for the successful candidates.
