K@Boom Out of School Club Manager – St Francis Youth and Community Centre

27.5 hours per week

The Directors of St Francis Youth and Community Centre are appointing an experienced practitioner to be responsible for sustaining a safe, creative and stimulating environment for children and staff, for the supportive management and resourcing of a team of playworkers, and to work collaboratively with Bournville Parish Church, and other local partners.

The post-holder will be a team-player who will work to nurture mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, resilience and healthy professional relationships.
