The Church of England Birmingham is seeking a strategic leader to head Growing Younger, working with clergy, schools and communities to engage children, young people and families in Jesus Christ. Reporting to the Director of Mission, the postholder will shape the Growing Younger strategy, develop a capable team and oversee projects that produce new disciples, leaders and worshipping communities.
