The Church Of England Birmingham is seeking a Discipleship Pastor (Plants and Locations) to provide spiritual and pastoral oversight for the discipleship strategy across Birmingham, St Luke’s Gas Street and associated churches. This role focuses on developing leaders and teams for existing locations and future plants.

The salary ranges from £35,000 to £41,500 depending on experience, and the position is initially funded for 4 years with potential for permanency in the future. Interviews will be arranged for shortlisted candidates.
